Cocktails Beach House in Dewey Beach is looking for a few good men and women to join our ranks to celebrate this Summer! Full Shares are available for $1,500 and Half Shares for $900. We do not rent during the week, so come and go at your leisure. We are a fun loving, laid back group of people between our late 30s to mid 50s.

If you’re ready for an amazing summer in the most fun group house in Dewey Beach, your search for Summer 2020 is over! Flyin’ Hawaiians Gone Bad, the 2012 winners of Dewey Beach Liquors V.I.P. Beach House Contest, is currently filling full-access shares.

In short, FHGB is a co-ed group of young professionals from the Philly/Baltimore/Arlington/Delaware/DC areas who meet in Dewey Beach every weekend.  Most members start out the summer as complete strangers and end up becoming very close friends throughout the summer (think a mix of the real world and college but with young working professionals).

Anytime shares are for access from Memorial Day through Labor Day include stocked kegerator, cable, utilities, maid service and property management.  Throughout the summer, FHGB hosts BBQs, bar crawls, themed parties, crazy pregames and after parties, and our annual Beer Olympics. While we love to party, we also love going to the beach, eating out at Dewey restaurants, Dewey charity events, and just hanging out at the house. During your summer with FHGB, every weekend will quickly become “the best weekend ever”.

FHGB isn’t just a group beach house, we are also a network of great friends across several states. About the house:
Literally 47 steps from the beach, sweeping ocean view’s.  balcony’s on every floor, an outdoor shower, and one of the most central locations in Dewey…. Dagsworthy Street. !  At the end of the street you will find Dewey’s finest culinary delights…..Franco’s Pizza , Wings to Go, Nick’s Cheesesteaks, Hopkins Dairy, and a coffee shop. Dewey Beach Liquors, the Bottle and Cork, Ivy and Northbeach is just across Route 1. Starboard and Rudder are both short walks.

Summer Season:   May 18th until September 16th

Guaranteed bed assigned at the beginning of the summer with only 1 other roommate per bedroom.Only 2 beds/people to a room – a civilized and rare treat in Dewey!

Pricing: We will have 8 members alternating weekends.

The What:  Half Shares (Alternating A & B Weekends see website for calendar) $1,600.  11 total weekends and open all weekdays except for up to four Mon-Fri weekly rentals.  Can’t make a scheduled weekend?  No problem! You can switch weekends with members from the opposite weekend.

Full Shares $2,700 (Access all summer except rental weeks)

Dewey Beach 2016 Summer Shares Available!

Summertime is coming! Stop “thinking” about joining a beach house and actually DO IT! This will be the summer that changed your life. Our house is located on Bayard Ave between New Orleans and Bellevue Street. We are basically 1 block from all the major entertainment spots (i.e., Starboard, Bottle & Cork, Northbeach, Ivy, Jimmy’s Hammerheads, etc…).

Our house is a large 2 story, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house with a view second to none. We have two massive decks that overlook the bayside of town. We have more free parking than almost any other house in town.

The members of our house are a diverse group of laid-back professionals, ranging in age from the mid 20’s to late 40’s, from the DC, Baltimore, Wilmington, and Philadelphia areas. Our house mates are well known around town for being fun and outgoing, and are frequently asked to take leading roles in various events throughout the summer (i.e., Starboard’s Running of The Bull). That isn’t to say that we don’t frequently chill out on the deck and enjoy the view either!

Membership in our house runs from April 29 through September 19. While most of our members only come on the weekends, our house is open every day of the week. We only offer full shares ($1,450) which allows us to keep the costs low for everyone.

Our house is a recently renovated large 2 story 5 bedroom condo with a great party rooftop deck with Giant Jenga and corn hole which overlooks the center of Dewey.

In our house what you will find is a great group of people that love the fun of Dewey Beach and check the daily grind at the Bay Bridge. Your membership includes perks like a reserved bed, house sponsored happy hours and dinners, a fridge stocked with beer and premium liquor…just to name a few.

Half shares are available for $1,600.00 (10 weekends that YOU pick and one holiday week at the beach.)
