We are a group of mainly 30 and 40 year olds with a really long beach season, from 4/29-9/18, so 21 weeks. We have ½ shares which get up to 11 non-assigned weekends (shares choose any 11 they want) and full shares which can visit as much as they want up to all 21 weekends. Our ½ shares are $1,262 and full are $1,808. Unlike most houses in Dewey this includes parking (a seasonal pass usually costs $200 so it is a big perk to have parking for 12 cars). We have 5 bedrooms and sleep 15 in beds, so we are rarely crowded. We directly face the bay and have 2 decks that look out so we have a great view. Its 2 blocks to the ocean and most days we set up a volleyball net on the beach. (Some of us watch, some of us play.)
