THE STARBOARD UPDATE

With some beautiful November weather here at the beach this past weekend, we had a full house on hand for 4 straight days & nights to close down The Starboard for the season. Can't say enough how much all us here appreciate the great people we have as

customers/regulars at The Starboard. You guys made this weekend a ton of fun for us all! Starting Thursday night, going all the way till the wee hours of Last Call on Sunday night, it was a weekend to celebrate how fun The Starboard is to all. We miss being open, but were excited to close as it gets us in the frame of mind to immediately start working on plans for the 2012 season. St. Patty's Day will be here before we all know it!

Tickets for our annual New Year's Eve party are now available and on sale off our website, TheStarboardStore.Com. They are the same low price they have been for the past few years, just $29.99 which includes admission on

New Year's Eve after 7pm, our front entrance coat check, plenty of food off a land and seafood buffet from 7-10pm, and more champagne than any of us need!!

Tickets to this New Year's Eve party have sold out each of the past 11 years, generally right around the week of Christmas. If you are planning to come to Dewey, may as well cross this off your 'To Do' list by ordering them now. For those of you that DO buy tickets, then forget them at home....we will have a list at the door of everyone that purchased, so no worries!

LauraLea & Tripp Fabulous will play on Friday night, December 30th, and all of our DJ's here on Saturday, the 31st for New Year's Eve. New Year's Day should be another eventful Sunday afternoon between football, bloody marys, crushes, and our breakfast/lunch menus. Of course our DJ will start up at 10am sharp on New Year's Day...you will find everyone at The Starboard that day!

For those of you in the DC area...be sure to check out a FREE show from LauraLea & Tripp Fabulous at the Front Page-DC this next Wednesday, the infamous night before Thanksgiving! This is the second biggest bar night in America, to New Year's Eve. The Front Page on Dupont Circle is bringing in LauraLea to start off your Thanksgiving Weekend!

Our restaurants 'across the bridge' are all enjoying successful fall seasons, we will surely host some Starboard events at each of them after the turn of the New Year. Appreciate all of you that support these restaurants and hope you have a fantastic experience at whichever one you frequent!

Thanks again for yet another record-setting year at The Starboard. Finishing on such a strong note means St. Patty's Day cannot get here soon enough!
